Welcome to Care Leader Training (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, using our training services, or engaging in our consultation offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Help

Care Leader Training provides training, consultancy, and compliance support for individuals and organisations looking to:

  • Become approved childcare providers in Australia
  • Pass the mandatory Law & Regulations provider test
  • Obtain service and CCS approval
  • Write compliant policies and procedures (Regulation 168)
  • Set up or expand childcare centres

Our services are designed for informational and support purposes only and do not replace legal, financial, or government advice.

2. No Guarantees or Outcomes Promised

We provide training and guidance, not approvals. Passing the provider test, obtaining approvals, or launching a childcare business depends on your effort, circumstances, and compliance with applicable laws.

We do not guarantee:

  • Approval from ACECQA or state regulatory authorities
  • Passing scores on tests or exams
  • Approval of your CCS or Service applications

We guarantee our best efforts, proven systems, and expert support — not outcomes.

3. Use of Our Content & Materials

All training materials, templates, videos, documents, and frameworks provided by us (whether digital or printed) are:

  • Copyrighted intellectual property of Care Leader Training
  • For your personal or organisational use only
  • Not to be shared, resold, copied, or used for external training without written consent

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Booking and Rescheduling Calls

You may book free or paid consultations through our website.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital content, training, personalised coaching), all purchases are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you’re unhappy with a service, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Accurately completing application forms
  • Attending training sessions or calls
  • Submitting required documentation
  • Acting on recommendations and strategies we provide

We are here to support, not submit on your behalf (unless explicitly agreed in writing).

7. Limitation of Liability

Care Leader Training is not liable for:

  • Any delays caused by government departments or third parties
  • Missed approvals or failed applications not directly caused by our error
  • Business losses, loss of income, or reputational damage
  • Interpretation of laws outside official guidance

In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any data shared with us (e.g. personal information, documents, business details) is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except where legally required or essential to deliver our service.
